The Cure for Stress

Everybody knows what it's like to be stressed and no one is surprised to hear that stress wreaks havoc on our mental, emotional, and physical health. We resign to the idea that there is no way to escape stress, so we tend to distract ourselves from it, not knowing we're actually making things worse. 

Exercise, diet, breathing exercises, and mindfulness habits are all good coping mechanisms for stress, but they don't transform your life or renew your mind. Only Jesus can do that and only Jesus has the cure for stress.
