Where is God when I need to be saved?

Sometimes, the difficulties of life leave us needing more than help. We need to be rescued - saved. When he hit those moments, God can be hard to see or hear, leaving us wondering, "Where is God when I need to be saved?" 

Turns out, the difficulties we face are just the surface. We actually need saving from the brokenness in the world around us, the brokenness in other people, and the brokenness in ourselves way more than we needed saving from specific trouble that comes our way...because these are the root of all other trouble. 

So, where IS God when you need to be saved?
