About Us

ER Naz is a small Nazarene church with three part-time staff members. We were established in 1938 and worshiped in a small building on Water St. until 1995, when we moved to our current location on M-99.

During his ministry, Jesus tells a parable of a shepherd with 100 sheep. One is lost and the shepherd leaves the remaining 99 to find the one because he loves every sheep that much. Week in and week out, as we become more like Jesus, who is the Good Shepherd, our emphasis is to leave M-99 in search of one lost soul.

We are passionate about the Great Commission and take a very practical approach to understanding what it looks like to follow Jesus daily, not by adding things to our lives, but by giving our lives to him.
